When it comes to all-wheel drive, performance racing in any condition and Rally racing one company comes to mind “Subaru” and one name says it all “WRX” and “STI”. Ok, that’s two names. Let’s not quibble over the names when we can all agree these amazing performance machines have us transfixed on Subaru’s for years and now there’s something new, the Subaru WRX Concept. With the current WRX nearing time for a refresh Subaru has been hinting at what may be to come for the WRX over the past two years or so, but with the Subaru WRX Concept at the New York Auto Show we now have the best idea yet of what’ to come for WRX. Subaru Takes Commitment to the Environment Further with XV Crosstrek Hybrid

It's Coming, late this year!

Subaru has long been known for having a passion for the environment, taking steps to reduce or eliminate waste in production and also to improve emissions performance both in production and in their vehicles. Subaru has taken their green efforts a step farther at this year’s New York Auto Show, unveiling the 2014 XV Crosstrek Hybrid alongside the WRX Concept. The 2013 XV Crosstrek was a new model to Subaru’s lineup in 2012; although not too new as it is largely a lifted version of their popular Impreza hatchback. We currently offer the 2013 XV Crosstrek in Lawrence at Briggs Subaru, and we look forward to offering the 2014 XV Crosstrek hybrid model when it arrives at the end of the year; for now here’s what’s been confirmed by Subaru about the hybrid model.
